If PubKeep can’t save, your changes are still open in PubKeep and nothing is lost yet. Don’t close the window until you’ve saved somewhere.
Save a copy somewhere else
Section titled “Save a copy somewhere else”- Click OK to close the message. Read the reason it gives first, since it tells you what went wrong when PubKeep knows.
- Wait a moment, then try Save again. Sometimes the problem clears up on its own.
- If it fails again, click the File tab, then Save As. You can also press Ctrl+Shift+S (Cmd+Shift+S on a Mac).
- Pick a different folder, such as your Documents folder or the desktop, and save.
Once your work is safe, you can sort out the original folder at your own pace.
