I didn't get my license key
Your license key email usually arrives within a few minutes of checkout. If it hasn’t come, here’s how to find it.
Check spam or junk first
Section titled “Check spam or junk first”Search every email address you use for “PubKeep”, and look in your spam or junk folder too. After a purchase you get two emails:
- Your license key, from “PubKeep” at hello@mail.pubkeep.com. The subject starts with “Your PubKeep” and ends with “license is ready”.
- Your receipt, from “PubKeep (via Lemon Squeezy)” at hello@lemonsqueezy-mail.com.
If you find the license email in spam or junk:
- In Gmail, open it and click “Report not spam”.
- In Outlook or Hotmail, open it and click “Not junk”.
Then add hello@mail.pubkeep.com to your contacts, so future emails from us arrive in your inbox.
You may not need the email
Section titled “You may not need the email”If you bought with the same email you used for your free trial, your trial key is now your paid license. You don’t have to type anything new.
- In PubKeep, click File > Account.
- Click Check license.
- The License line changes from Free trial to your paid license.
To see your license key, for example to set up another computer, find the License key row and click Show, or click Copy to copy it.
If you bought with a different email, see I bought PubKeep but it asks for a license.
Still can’t find it?
Section titled “Still can’t find it?”Write to hello@pubkeep.com from the email you bought with, or include that email in your message, and we’ll resend your license key.
