I bought PubKeep but it asks for a license
Most of the time this happens because PubKeep is still using your trial key, or the purchase hasn’t reached PubKeep yet. Here’s how to fix it.
If it says your trial has ended
Section titled “If it says your trial has ended”- Wait a minute after you buy. Purchases can take a minute to show up.
- Click Check my license.
- If it still isn’t active, click Re-enter license key and paste the license key from your purchase email.
If PubKeep opens but still shows your trial
Section titled “If PubKeep opens but still shows your trial”- Click File > Account.
- Look at License and Email. If it says Free trial, you’re still on your trial key.
- Click Check license to refresh.
- If it still says Free trial, click Use a different license key, paste the key from your purchase email into New license key, and click Switch key.
Questions
Section titled “Questions”I bought with a different email than my trial
Section titled “I bought with a different email than my trial”That’s the most common cause. Your purchase made a license key for the email you used at checkout. Find the email from PubKeep sent to that address, and use its license key in the steps above. Next time, use the same email you signed up with so your license attaches to your account.
I can’t find the purchase email
Section titled “I can’t find the purchase email”Search every email address you use for “PubKeep”, and check your spam or junk folder. If it isn’t there, see I didn’t get my license key, or write to hello@pubkeep.com with the email you bought with, and we’ll send your license key.
It says the license key is already in use
Section titled “It says the license key is already in use”Your license is set up on as many computers as it covers. See Move your license to a new computer.
