I'm having trouble checking out

You buy PubKeep from the buy page. Checkout runs through Lemon Squeezy, our secure payment partner (a Stripe company). If it doesn’t go through, these steps fix most problems.

If checkout won’t finish

1. Go back to the buy page and pick the number of computers you need. Buying for 3 or more? The volume licenses page has the larger sizes.
2. If the checkout page won’t load or stops partway, try again in a different browser.
3. Enter the same email you used for your free trial, so your license attaches to your account.
4. If your card is declined, check the card number, expiration date and billing ZIP code. If they’re right, your bank may have blocked the charge. Call the number on the back of your card, then try again. If your bank keeps blocking it, write to hello@pubkeep.com and we’ll send you an invoice you can pay another way.

Once you’ve paid, we email your license key to the address you used at checkout. If PubKeep still says you’re on a trial, see I bought PubKeep but it asks for a license.

Questions

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

Yes. Write to hello@pubkeep.com with your organization’s name and how many computers you need, and we’ll set it up. Write to us the same way if you need more than 25 computers or want to pay another way.

We’re tax-exempt. How do we buy without sales tax?

If the tax-exempt option at checkout gives you trouble, buy as usual. Then write to hello@pubkeep.com with your order number and a copy of your tax-exemption certificate, and we’ll help you get the tax refunded.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Every license comes with a 30-day refund, for any reason. Write to hello@pubkeep.com from the email you bought with.

I bought with the wrong email

Write to hello@pubkeep.com from either address, and tell us which email you want the license on. We’ll help sort it out.
