• How do I move my license to a new computer?Free up your PubKeep license on your old computer with File > Account > Deactivate this computer, then paste your license key on the new one.
• I bought PubKeep but it asks for a licenseBought a license but PubKeep still says your trial ended? Check your license, or switch to the license key from your purchase email.
• I didn't get my license keyBought PubKeep but no license key email? Check spam and junk, use File > Account if you bought with your trial email, or ask us to resend it.
• My license key isn't acceptedIf PubKeep says your license key was not accepted, paste it from the email instead of typing it, and make sure it is the newest key we sent.
• I'm having trouble checking outIf buying PubKeep doesn't go through, try another browser, check the email you used, or ask us for an invoice or purchase order by email.
