PubKeep is a service and software from Saint Systems. Using it means you agree to the terms below. We have kept them short and honest.
Your files are yours
You keep every right to the files you upload and the PDFs we return. We claim nothing over them. We process a file only to convert it for you, then remove it on our fixed schedule.
Fair use
The converter is for your own Publisher files and files you have the right to convert. We may refuse or remove uploads that are abusive, unlawful, or that try to break the service for other people.
Pre-orders and refunds
A desktop app pre-order reserves the founder price. We do not charge you until the app is released. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before release, for any reason.
The desktop license
The PubKeep desktop app is sold as a perpetual license. You buy a version once and it runs for as long as you keep it. Your purchase includes updates for the window stated at checkout, and after that window you keep the last version you received. There is no subscription.
No warranty beyond the law
We work to make conversions match Publisher's own output and to keep the service running, but we provide it as is, to the extent the law allows. If a file fails to convert, you are not charged for it.
