PubKeep is a service and software from Saint Systems. Using it means you agree to the terms below. We have kept them short and honest.

Your files are yours
You keep every right to the files you upload and the PDFs we return. We claim nothing over them. We process a file only to convert it for you, and keep it securely in your account so you can return to it.
Fair use
The converter is for your own Publisher files and files you have the right to convert. We may refuse or remove uploads that are abusive, unlawful, or that try to break the service for other people.
Refunds
If PubKeep doesn’t work for you, email hello@pubkeep.com within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund, for any reason. A full refund ends the license. For converter packs, a file that fails to convert is never charged, and we’ll refund unused credits from a pack bought in the last 30 days. Lemon Squeezy, a Stripe company, is the merchant of record for desktop license purchases and handles payment and refunds.
The desktop license
The PubKeep desktop app is sold as a perpetual license. You buy a version once and it runs for as long as you keep it. Your purchase includes updates for the window stated at checkout, and after that window you keep the last version you received. There is no subscription. Each license covers the number of computers stated at checkout. Shared Remote Desktop and terminal servers are licensed per named user, not per computer.
No warranty beyond the law
We work to make conversions match Publisher's own output and to keep the service running, but we provide it as is, to the extent the law allows. If a file fails to convert, you are not charged for it.
