What we keep, and what we don't.
PubKeep is run by one small company. We hold as little of your data as the product allows, and we do not sell or share it. Here is the whole of it.
Files you convert
When you convert Publisher files to PDF, we receive the files you upload. We store them under a random job id, never under their original names, and no person browses them. Your uploads and the PDFs we make are removed from our servers on a fixed schedule after you download them. We do not read the contents, index them, or use them to train anything.
The early access list
If you join the desktop app list, we store your email address, the one thing you told us you make, the date you joined, and the country your request came from. We use it to email you when early access opens and when the founder price is ending. Nothing else. Ask us and we will delete it.
What we don't do
No advertising trackers. No third-party analytics that follow you around the web. No selling or renting your address. We use only what a site needs to serve pages and keep out abuse.
