What we keep, and what we don't.
PubKeep is run by one small company. We hold as little of your data as the product allows, and we do not sell or share it. Here is the whole of it.

Files you convert
When you convert Publisher files to PDF, we receive the files you upload, and no person browses them. Your uploads and the PDFs we make are stored securely and kept in your account so you can return to them; only you can access them. We do not read the contents, index them, or use them to train anything. You can delete your files at any time. Just ask.
Our email list
If you join our list or sign up to try the desktop app, we store your email address, the one thing you told us you make, the date you joined, and the country your request came from. We use it to send you product updates and PubKeep news. Nothing else. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and if you ask, we will delete it.
How we measure the site and app
We use PostHog to count visits, clicks, signups, and purchases on pubkeep.com and in PubKeep online, so we can see what helps people and what gets in the way. In PubKeep online we may also record anonymized sessions: text and form fields are masked, and the contents of your documents are never captured. Recordings are deleted after 30 days.
Advertising
When you visit pubkeep.com, the Meta (Facebook) pixel tells Meta that someone visited, signed up, or bought, so we can see whether our ads work and show them to people likely to need PubKeep. It never sees your files. You can limit this in your Meta ad settings or with your browser's tracking protection.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your email address. We don't read, index, or train anything on your files. We collect only what we need to run PubKeep, measure it, and keep out abuse.
