Open last week's bulletin
Open the .pub file right where it lives on the office computer. It comes in page for page, master pages and all.

Update it and save
Change the dates, readings, and announcements, then use File > Save As. PubKeep saves your work as a PubKeep file (.pubk), and your original .pub stays as it was.

Print the folded booklet
Choose Booklet in Page Setup, and PubKeep prints the pages in the right order to fold, on one side of the paper or both.
Make the bulletin a template
Save it once with File > Save As and choose PubKeep Template as the type. Each week, start a fresh copy from File > New > Personal. On Windows, the templates you saved in Publisher show up there too.
